We are in the middle implementation, and using the Meditech Print Server configuration. We have three print servers, with 1 being used for the odd number printer, 2 being used for the even numbered printers, and 3 configured with all printers and setup as a backup to 1 & 2. We haven't run into any major issues yet, but we aren't live yet either.
