Hi, We have encountered a problem with our Creatinine Clearance Calc Hook. If the serums have been received with a collection time that is after the collection time for the urine, the calc hook doesn't work. Online documentation (under the trigger tests, specimen hours) states the calculation will only search back in time for the serum creatinine, so the calculation will not trigger. Has anyone found a way to calculate with serums collected before or after the urine is collected?
