Try this out and let me know how it works. (The problem with testing this is
that you have to do it before 8 and again after 8.) I did test it using the
time being documented for and it worked. It should work without any
problems... but this is Meditech! I would test it!

If you should ever want to base the evaluation using the time that the user is
documenting for, just replace the @.now with ANS#3S

Good luck,

Hi Kenny,
I'm sorry, I should've specified. These queries will be
answered based on time of day. They are queries that should not be
answered by the overnight shift. So, I need an attribute to skip the 2
queries between 8pm and 8am. Thanks. - Mike

ontime of day

Hi Michael,

Between what times would you want the user to be able to document the
queries? Do you want this based off of the actual time or the time for
which they are documenting?

Hi Meditech-L!
I have a NUR CDS with a couple of queries that my director of
respiratory only wants answered at certain times of the day. I did some
searching on the web but haven't been able to find this. Is there an
attribute to skip a query based on the time of day? I feel like I've
seen this before...hmmmm....is it Friday yet? Thanks in advance! - Mike
