If your using the index of room and bed, I do not believe this works, it stops
you from running the report (if no ADM application in MIS.USER).

But running reports with no index or another index seems to work?
I never really noticed this before, since I have always had access to
everything, and all apps for RW...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The ability to run certain module/application reports is also controlled by
access to the RW Apps on page 5 of the MIS.USER Dictionary.

MIS.USER.rw.appl (Standard Doc) Line

 Report Writer (Application Access)

Enter one or more application databases to which you
want this user to have access to in the NPR
                        Customization Menu.

                        Lookup: Application Dictionary

Note: The routine positions the cursor at this prompt
only if this user has access to NPR on the Application
Menus screen of the MIS User Dictionary.

After some further testing the error "There are No ADM database for user..."
only is displayed when running a report from with the NPR process reports
routine. Once the report is added to a menu, a user can run it whether they
have no ADM access, a * or a real menu.

I had the report written in ADM, but to allow all the nurses to run it,
I have to give a large number of users access to the ADM module. I was
hoping to be able to avoid that.

Just use OE.PAT.ht.in.ft OE.PAT.ht.in.in OE.PAT.wt.in.kg etc on the ADM
report and they will work fine, as they are
actually stored in ADM.

Hi All,

I have written a report in ADM.PAT that utilizes the room and bed index
to pull a list of currently admitted patients, and then pull the height
and weight queries from OE admin data. Now we need to add the report to
a large number of who do not have the adm module set up for them, which
will block them from running the report. Does anyone have any ideas to
deal with this?? Can I move the report to OE?
