with MAGIC without an interface engine? The problem we are having is that IMPAC has supplied us with
Rhapsody, an integration engine which is on our IMPAC interface server, to sort
ADT messages (outbound from MT to IMPAC) since we are without an interface
engine. The reliability of this interface is marginal at best, with a drop in
connection (due to the Rhapsody, and sometimes due to IMPAC (which must be
continually running on the interface server to accept messages)) around 5-10%
of the time. We are scheduled to implement an outbound lab interface from MT to
IMPAC in June, and my concern is how this addition may reduce reliability
further. I am looking for any assistance anyone can offer who has
dealt with similar issues. Sean
