Arthur, Our facility purchased this software, had it for two years, and never could use it. The problem we found was they define a "hierarchy" of dictionaries that must be Sync'd. For example in order to Sync your claim forms in BAR you first have to Sync about 30 other dictionaries for things like charge category, etc. We found that users often didn't want a specific dictionary Sync'd because they were testing in it, making it impossible to Sync anything "above" that dictionary on the hierarchy. This was several years ago and the product may have evolved. Good luck!
