We went LIVE w/ CR in December 05. 1 & 3- We request new EMR IDs for LAB about once per month. We have many send-outs and our reference lab is very specific. We've not needed any for any other application since going LIVE. 2- Turn around time is pretty bad. The IDs 1st need to be approved. Then they get created for C/S and then for Magic.
