What I have done a few times with reports that wouldn't initialize is list and recreate them. The list report routine will let you list standard reports and you can see the DPM, segment, index and fields used on the report. It doesn't always work perfectly as Meditech has functionality available in their report writer that they don't give us, but it gives you a starting point.
