Our hospital is revising their H&P and I
would like to know if most hospitals were able to create a H&P that works
for most units or if they create a separate H&P to meet what the users want
in other departments such as cardiovascular, peds etc.? Also have you
broken down your H&P into separate CDS? and if so what worked for the
