Hello Everyone! Our ER department ran into an issue this morning and I was wondering if anyone could help. One of the ER nurses was documenting on a Reminder in EDM and then completed it. She then realized that she had chose the wrong patient. She called us and the only thing we could figure out for her to do was open a new reminder for that patient and enter that the documentation for today was entered in error. She then documented on the correct patient. Has anyone else run into this? Does anyone know of a way to Undo a completed reminder? We searched the Knowledge Base and Service Issues but didn't see anything concerning this. We have opened a task with Meditech, but was hoping someone else may have come across this and found a solution.
