We are installing Meditech's Client Server applications and are currently
working on building the MIS Dictionaries. We have some confusion with what
level of detail we should build in the Location Dictionary. How did you
decide to build this dictionary for departments such as Diagnostic Imaging and
Lab? Do you have one location for Diagnostic Imaging and one for
Lab or did you build them at a more detail level such as MRI, Ultrasound,
CT etc. and why did you make that decision? Any information you could
provide on how Location is used within Meditech would be greatly
appreciated.
