I am interested in how other facilities are handling the reporting of critical values to responsible licensed caregivers? Do you have a condensed listing of critical values for all areas? (LAB,RT,RAD & EKG) What is your process/flow? We currently use a canned text in LAB and CDS in NUR attached to intervention to capture dates/times etc.. with follow up NPRs. We are 5.4 sr3 site.
