check and see if you may have the "Print Blank Label Between Patients?" set
to "Y".

We continue to see this as well. Queries to Meditech result in a reply
that it is our Network and not a Meditech Issue.
Until seeing on the L that we are not alone I felt they could be correct
but now I think I will pursue this again with Meditech.

The lab has reported this to me occasionally, but it does not happen
often enough. It is very hard to track it. If anyone has resolved this
