We are having an ongoing issue in Departmental.
One user is in a DPT report another user is typing in a totally unrelated report and text from
the second report populates the first report.
Our latest is an ED report which was populated with text from a Pathology report from another
patient.
We have been able to reproduce this in LIVE in MOX. It appears to be related to using the
Thesaurus.
Has anyone had this issue and if so how was it resolved.
We have had this task open since April 28th... it is really irritating not to
mention messy.
