We made (having heard about the fixes on the L) getting the response time fixes a go live issue (we are 80% POM but no PCS to speak of) they moved them in on our schedule. We are going live on 6/15. Test carefully once you get the fixes. We found an issue with an MIS pointer type query (fixed) and still have an issue where using lower case letters in an OE Consulting Provider order kicks you out of MT. I am not sure what all the DTSs were for, but there was about 20 of them total (not including the DTSs they moved for our LTC rings). We are now scheduled for go-live on 6/27. I found out about these response time issues from the L and also from Meditech about 2 weeks before go-live (although that call did not include any response time issues with the EMR). In all of this our PCS specialist for our upgrade did not confirm there was response time issues or any issues at all. We continue to test and still have open issues that they are working on. There are a large number of DTS's in the works to correct these in process at MT and we are hoping for something into our TEST ring in the next few weeks. I would recommend that you have a long talk with your update specialists and have them work on getting that list of DTS's together for you. My understanding is that MT will be rolling these fixes out to all 5.5.2 sites after they are up in some of the 'original' sites that have been live for several months.
