My Lab Manager has asked that I post the following question to the L.

Good morning

Can any of you that are using PT reagents with ISI's of 1.0 share with me
the critical values that you use? Do you base the value on seconds, INR
only, or both, and what is your critical value cutoff?

We are currently switching from Thromboplastin on an MLA 1400C to Innovin on
a Sysmex CA 1500. Our critical value was >30 seconds, but this is now in the
Therapeutic Range for anticoagulated patients.

Thanks for any info you can share.
