In Magic 5.5.2: It would be part of the MAR label format found in the Custom Defined Parameters on page 4 bottom right. I would put a line check in that label format that printed if the order was DC'd. I don't think there is a place to put a totally different format for DC'd MAR labels like for drug labels.
