A presentation was given by Todor Yordanov, Systems Administrator, at
Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga, Ontario, CA, at International
MUSE. His information was very helpful. One issue he had was the need to
verify how the devices are used - single vs. shared users. He uses
Imprivata. Hopefully, he will post his presentation on the MUSE web site.

We are about to embark on a single sign-on rollout next month. Would any
Meditech facilities out there who've successfully implemented single
sign-on be willing to share how you rolled it out? We're not so much
interested in the technical part; we think we've got that nailed. We want
to know things like:
-who went first and why?
-did you go department-by-department or big bang?
-did you have any users who absolutely refused to use the new technology?
-what were the "gotchas"?
-what would you do differently if you had to do it over again?
