Hi, I need to run several reports to track specific user activity in B/AR. I'm looking in NPR and B/AR compiled reports and am running into (surprise!) problems pulling in the user and edit date. The Activity Log by User doesn't give me the detail that I need. My goal is to be able to run productivity reports and be able to separate PFS cashier activity from Access cashier activity - things like setting up contracts, entering new insurance, etc., not payments. The cashier reports are fine for payments. Does anybody have something similar that they'd be willing to share? I'm really glad that we're monitoring this stuff and that they want to automate so much, but as far as I'm concerned, getting the information out of B/AR is a challenge. Thanks!! Julia Julia F.
