Bob, We set up a separate drug item in the drug dictionary for 1/2 tabs, etc. We are perpetual inventory so we do have to do a "move inventory" transaction. We append and letter to the end of the NDC so it has a different NDC from the other (H for half,Q for quarter, etc.). Meditech seems to handle it correctly. FSV still updates it and we can scan it.
