This week we went LIVE using an attribute that Iatrics wrote to allow only one Yes response to a query per day. It defaults in the yes based on the response from the query before it. We have query based charging set up to respond to the yes response. I did check with them and their response was to direct anyone interested in this to them as the macro is a bit involved. The charging is not a problem, which works fine. I need a way to get the system to only allow one charge per day no matter how many times it is documented. Has anyone out there had any luck setting something like this up? If so can you please send me some information?
