Hi All, We are having a problem with our HP laser 4100 printer. After it prints, the wheel (I am not a tech, can, you tell) in the printer just keeps rolling and it won't stop so we have to shut it off. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening? It does not seem like a printer setting to me.
