I would think you could also refer to nurse type (if you open to NUR
while in OE) or you could place your ITS folks in a specific OE access
group, and check against that.  Another way would be if your ITS users
mnemonic has unique text in it, you could check against that.

So, an IF Statement that would only allow me to document on a query
would be:

We are C/S 5.5.2 and have some special queries that are in our ITS
module that need to be entered.  So when OE sends an order down to ITS,
the queries are there and when we try to amend the order to put
responses in, the IFE="" still stops us.  We do not want the nursing
units to be able to enter data and it also makes it easier for them to
tab through all the queries page by page.

So, is there any suggestion on how we include the queries we need but to
not allow the nurses to enter the data when they create the order.
