Hi, Janet, Attached is a rough, quick report that I threw together just last Friday. You'll have to tweak the picture, etc., but the best part is the select of txn.type. In Meditech's KB, I found the "valid codes for transaction type in BAR.PAT", which will allow you to pull in comments. This information is SO helpful to me because I've been struggling with this for a while. I'm experimenting with E for edit because I want to measure productivity in B/AR. To save space, only one character is used to indicate the type of transaction in BAR in field BAR.PAT.txn.type: This is a list of valid one character codes and a basic descriptions of each C=charge R=receipt A=adjustment P=refund M=bill marker B=bill print S=statement F=claim X=xfer E=edit b=balance forward c=comment l=letter m=manual edit of a bill p=prorate a bill q=prorate an account r=reminder s=summary of charges for client t=client billing xfer from pt to client u=total pt amount xferred to client v=reversed bill x=not used (aborted or deleted) Q=ins bal edit between bills I hope this helps!
