Does anyone have a suggestion for a printer not printing sometimes?
We have a datamax printer that uses thermal labels and one out of ten labels
for medications does not print. It is just one printer for medications. The IV
printer does fine and both printers at our other hospital does fine also. Our
IT department has no idea. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It almost
seems like a time out thing, where the data get lost, but I am not aware of
