If you are just using RXM in the ED than I think you will not have many 
problems.  We utilize it in our ED, but just for discharge Rx and that has not 
been a problem.  You will have quite a build for the AOM drug dictionary.

The problems for us arose when we implemented in the clinic for all types of 
orders - it works, but there were some bugs. We also encountered problems when 
we tried to utilize RXM for medication reconciliation.  In my opinion it won't 
be ready for that purpose until they combine the "profile" and "historical" 
medications - which is going to occur in some future release.
