Nancy, Are you looking to just send results, or a complete practice management system that integrates to with meditech. If its results then I would recommend using the Iatric POI interface. Runs in an HL7 format which is accepted by almost all other vendors to populate the physicians medical record. Currently works for all lab and rad results. If it's a practice management system then look at LSS, the integration look and feel of meditech is there all though the current LSS support is weak. However going forward and actually using the product with the support of an expert we have been able to come together with a fairly nice package. The sharing of the CWS is of a great advantage to not only provide the patient with next available appointments through out the health system, but to ensure a completely integrated medical record.
