We're in the testing process of BMV and online eMAR with plans to go LIVE by fall. In my testing, I've been surprised to find that when in the online MAR, the system will not accept lower case for entry of verb strip options. We are LIVE with NUR (including critical pathways), OR module, SCH, MOX ... in all these modules, the system happily accepts lower case entry for verb strip. Even from the Status board, the system accepts lower case input for verb choices (the "hot button" option for the buttons down the right side). And when it asks the user for their password when MAR is chosen from the status board ... again, lower case is happily accepted. But once in the eMAR, the system just sits there if entry is made in lower case. No beep, no useful error message. If you're up and running with BMV ..... ----How are users dealing with this? ----Are they finding it confusing? ----Has anyone gotten a fix or custom from MT to address this? We are Magic 5.4.
