Does anyone use a Comfort Measures Only care plan for DNR? Email me direct if you dont want to post your response. I'm wondering what you might be doing when a patient comes in with End Stage "whatever" and is admitted with a DX but the care plan for that DX does not fit what is being requested in the DNR. We are using a "Custom" Care Plan that only allows a few interventions for documentation.
