the following attribute to Query #2: REQ=[ANS,"NUR.CHF"]|0="Y" [EMAIL PROTECTED]"N"
@W.return("Patient Must Receive CHF Educational FCL1=
Packet!")} So if the first
query is responded to as ‘N’o, then Query #2 will be skipped.
If Query #1 is answered ‘Y’es, then the user is required to answer
Query #2. If they respond ‘N’o to Query #2, they get the
pop-up. It works

and letting me move forward, I’m stuck on the query and forced to answer
‘Y’es in order to go to the next page of my CDS. I’ve tried many different versions of the attribute without

a warning message to display based off of the response to 2 queries. Query #1 Does the patient have an admitting
diagnosis or history of CHF: Query # 2 Has the patient received the CHF
Educational Packet If query #1 = Yes then I need query #2 to
be required. Which is simple enough for me to do. However, If Query # 1 =Yes and Query #2 =
No, I need a pop-up message to display “Patient must receive CHF
Educational Packet”. I can’t seem to get my 2 conditions
to work together nicely. Any help would be greatly
