I am looking for a NPR report in Abstracting that would list any Finalized
Abstract record that was changed back to In Process status. This could be done
by the system when certain fields are changed in ADM module and update in ABS.
Also a coder can go and change From Final to In Process to add or change codes.
The report would be ran daily to check for any records changed form Final to In Process status.
