Has any one found a way to flag the admission of select patients to Risk Management when specific patients have been admitted? We’d like to create a method for ADM to automatically send a notice to Risk staff when patients with a history of litigation or difficult behavior present for admission or treatment to the facility. If we could do this than we can intervene quicker via patient relations or advocate staff and prevent staff patient tensions.
