Hello group,
how do you handle the routine "undo events" from ADM for the NUR module?
There is a routine to move patient documentation, it moves from one account to another.
This one is easy.
But when it is a mistake of unit number, no move is possible.
What do you do for evenings, nights and weekends when the IT analyst for NUR is not there?
Do you print the documentation? Who prints it? Nurses? Nurse coordinator? Archives?
What is your process. Writing a patient note to say part of the documentation is in the paper chart.
