You can use rules, or utilize POM WBD - but where exactly are you thinking of using this? You say "...if the RN inputs certain information..." but would that be as Order Entry for informational purposes. As a Clinical Pharmacist myself I would rather see an order entered in the PHA module with an additional note to recalculate if body weight changes by x%.
