Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me out of the creatinine clearance nightmare. It seems that the techs are having to manually calculate the clearance because the serum is collected after the urine and the calculation only looks into the past for the serum creatinine result. Of course Meditech says this is working as designed. Has anyone out there been successful in solving this dilemma? Thank you in advance!!!
