Title: CS 5.5 - Issue With ITS and MS Word 2003
In the last few days, I've been experiencing a VB error every time I file a report through ITS.
The error reads: "Run-time error '4248': This command is not available because no document is open. End/Debug/Help"
When I click End, I get prompted "Do you want to save changes to Document5? Yes/No".
If I don't click End or don't notice that the error is there, I get another VB error when I try to exit Meditech.
That error reads: "Run-time error '509': The GetDocumentVar$ command is not available because a document window is not active: End/Help"
This has started since Word 2003 was installed on my laptop, but seems limited to my PC. I've reinstalled the Meditech C/S application and Office 2003, without any change.
Has anyone seen this issue? If you have, was there any resolution?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
