Hello Everyone:
We are at version 5.5.2 with C/S ITS. In this version, there is a new 'Recover' feature if the user is kicked out of the system, the report is 'saved'.
We turned this on at the time we went LIVE but had various issues such as the user receiving the Recover flag and there was nothing for them to recover, etc.. So, have turned it back off. We have received some DTS's but it is still not working correctly.
Is anyone using this feature successfully?
