Hi Deanna,

I set these up as a BAR TXNS Custom-Defined Screen, attached to the charge
procedure or category in B/AR..
The use was very focused, and I was able to use attributes to default the
Address, City, St Zip by the Group Response to the POS Location query.

I believe I needed to have Meditech open up the fields on the H1500 claim to
print.

Another option may be a Claim Map, based on the Meditech Location.... but I
wouldn't suggest this for RCR patients with multiple location opportunities.

Hope this helps,

Sorry I goofed! It is the place of service for the professional
        component.

Thanks for posting this Dee. The information we want to capture is the
Place of service code, not the modifier. We have the ability now to
capture the modifier. Questions, let me know. Thanks.

I would like to know how other organizations have set-up ekg's and the
professional component that goes with it. Specifically the modifier for
the reading for ER vs INPT.

We are looking at adding in customs; but I think that someone out there
        probably has a better solution.

        Thanks!
