Richard: We had a similar situation and MT created a claim map value for us for the RCR bills. Essentially, for only those particular claims, we removed the CALC TOB and added a new map which had values such as: If value is Then 132 131 133 131 134 131 The only drawback is that you must have a RCR Bill only and/or know every potential type of bill that could drop on that claim form.
