Hi Brian,
Anyone in the IT Department can reset a password for an end user. As
there is either someone in the department or on call, that has seemed to
work for us thus far.

Best of luck with your go-live!
Teri

We are getting ready to go live, and would like to know how other
sites
handle user password resets? Do you give Universe access to specific
individuals, for just this purpose, or what?

Thanks
