Hi all,

We are setting up Forward Advantage Smart Route printing, and trying to use it with Telecom (in LAB).  We have several clients that use our reflab, who have direct remote printers that are connected via phone lines, specially programmed to print data transmissions (previously with the modems) and not fax transmissions.  When we run the activity reports manually and print to the remote printer assigned to the smart route port, it works.

 

My question is: is anyone able to use the telecom site scheduler with smart route direct remote printing?  In the telecom site dictionary, the line class prompt does not let me enter the remote printer that can do this manually. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!
