Here is the one we use. I didn't include the fragment indicated so you will want to remove the reference to the fragment. The fragment is there because we use Room Service and dietary enters a MEAL order when a patient orders a meal so that they be sure that if a patient hasn't had 2 meals by supper, then they can follow up with nursing.
