We have installed GalacticaRX and are in the process of setting
up Galactica POS for Business Office, Admitting and Scheduling. The
service has been excellent. There have been numerous site visits,
conference calls and followup emails for each of the products.
For our part, we have tried to make their visits as productive as
possible by installing all hardware (following their recommendations) in
advance and setting up an area for all staff training.
