Candidate Will Have:
1.) Must be RN with large scale clinical
assessment and implementation experience
(can be from another vendor space but Meditech MAGIC is strongly
preferred)
2.) Should have the ability to completely
re-design /process re-engineer the Nursing Department and related areas
3.) Must be strong team player and subject
matter expert
5.) Political climate is perfect all
entities fully on board to fully utilize all functionality of Meditech Magic
clinical applications paired with another vendor financials.
6.) Work location is Oklahoma
7.) This location is the Flagship..once
they have this fully operational they will roll out this model across all 5
of other Meditech sites in the system and then over all to the others so the
potential to do tremendous work here is great. This means that this
resource must be ACES all the way.
8.) Critical application expertise areas
are PCI and Nursing..
