Hi. We use the summary report in EDM, but do not have any NPR report. We actually do not use the routine of having all of the EDM assessments attached to PCS interventions (I have just a few for a certain process) I am not quite sure where you want to pull the ED documentation to... I would appreciate any NPR examples pulling in ED documentation. We are finding the Summary Report feature an 'almost, but not quite right' routine. We do have our ED assessments attached to PCS Interventions per the Knowledge base allowing for this data to also show on the Discharge Summary, and Process Plan.
Any example that pulls specific ED assessment documentation (C/S) would be very much appreciated. Am hoping there are some creative examples out there !
