Hi Warren,
Z.link connects a prefix to a database, but it does NOT make all of the
programs accessible to you. Here is an alternative method:

@BAR.PAT.balance^BAL,
@BAR.PAT.chg.total^TOTAL,
@BAR.PAT.bar.status^STATUS,
@BAR.PAT.status.date^STADATE,
%Z.switch.appl("")}
Z.switch.appl is a program that connects ALL of the necessary prefixes to an
application for you, and then switches them all back when it is called again
with no arguments. That is why I have removed the @Chg.prefix macros from the
code.
We review code like this and provide more examples during our NPR Report Writer
