Sorry, don't have anything available for you other than a pointer to
HAPI, http://hl7api.sourceforge.net, an open source Java HL7 programming
toolkit in case you want/need to write your own flatfile to hl7 tool.
It now appears that I won't be needing to go this route but I had been
thinking about using this in a batch tool (daily NPR download to
flatfile, convert to hl7, send to EMPI). I had suggested to our site
lead that this may be something that multiple sites could use, perhaps
the province can provide one?

Hello group; does anyone out there know of a way to convert an NPR
report to HL7 format. We are currently looking at wait time and have a
few reports that would need to be changed if possible to an HL7 format.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
