Hi Marcia, Here is one way to do it: 1) Create an xx field called xx.valid.users with the following attributes: DAT=FREE LEN=10 [EMAIL PROTECTED]'="USER1"'="USER2"'="USER3" WITH=START 2) Use xx.valid.users as a Select Field with the Operator EQ and the value "" The WITH=START Field Attribute instructs your report to calculate this field at the start of the report. It will only run if the current user is one of the three users listed. You can of course add more users to that code. Please let me know if you have any questions.
