(12-24 servers) Willingness to work after-hours, on-call, or alternate
shift Intel Server hardware installation/ configuration/
troubleshooting Previous customer service or hotline experience Nice to have (in order of
importance): Previous Medical industry experience Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCP, MCSA,
