Hi: Is there a way to have the responses from 2 comment fields on a nursing assessment default into 1 comment field of another nursing assessment? Our Preop unit has a Past Medical History field and a Past Surgical History field. When the patient is admitted after surgery the Med/Surg units have a Past Medical/Past Surgical history field. I would like to default the responses to the Preop assessment into the Med/Surg assessment. We are Magic 5.4 sr1. Thanks for any help that you can give.
